East Row Historic District Gets Facelift
Author: Alan Sarfati
Source: Homes Discovered
Date: June 4, 2006

Cincinnati ’s East Row Historic District is looking a little different these days. The Hannaford Suites is getting a complete overhaul and ten new town homes are also being slated for construction. The Levy Family Partners of Chicago purchased the historic Hannaford with goal of creating 40 new condos. Half of these have already been sold with residents hoping to move in by late summer.

Current residents can be assured the character of the old neighborhood is being preserved as all new construction must conform to certain standards approved by the Newport Historic Preservation Commission. The new town homes will range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square-feet and should fetch a price anywhere form $350,000 to $550,000.
